Jan Erik Nilsen holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from NTNU, Trondheim and a B.Sc. in Electronics from Agder Ingeniørhøgskole. After he graduated in 1982, he has developed HW and SW for embedded purposes. |

After work, he enjoys playing guitar and bass. Preferably jazz and blues. He likes to go hiking in the mountains and travel in Norway in a motorhome. During the winter, he enjoys snowboarding. |
